There are many beautiful neighborhoods in Central Florida that offer stunning homes but not much yard space. Invest in comfy chairs and benches. Having many seating options around creates a cozy spot for relaxing or entertaining guest.
Split your backyard up into different areas. Create a dinning area separate from a sitting area that is separate from a lounging area. Different spaces creates the illusion of a bigger and more productive backyard.
Use a fire pit to extend outside entertaining after the sun goes down.

Use paving stones or gravel for sitting areas and pathways.
Choose plants of varying heights to give your yard an interesting look.
Stack planters or flower beds to free up more space.
Install a fountain or water feature. The sound of flowing water calms the nerves while the fountain give a unique look to any outdoor space.
Play around with bold colors. Throw brightly colored cushions on your patio chairs or add different colored planters to spice things up.
Remove clutter and keep it maintained. Keep the backyard clear of lawn equipment and keep up appearances for an enjoyable out door getaway.

This is an outstanding company. Steve is the real deal. He can look at your property listen to your ideas and then make great suggestions. We didn't really know much about the plants but wanted low maintenance. We felt Steve steered us in the right direction. After we chose the colors of the pavers and stone wall, Steve showed us everything right from the back of his truck. We could see and touch the pavers. He said the project would be done in three days and it sure was. His crew is very hardworking and extremely talented.I would highly recommend this company and will look forward to hiring him again on our next project.

A previous owner planted a hedge at the back of my house, providing privacy for my lanai. Over the years, the hedge became very ‘woody’ and overgrown. I asked Mansfield’s to remove the hedge and to re-plant with a neat row of Podocarpus. They came up with a good design, including new rock and re-shaped edging. I was told what days their guys would be working, and that the job would take just over two days. Each evening they cleaned up the yard and the road outside my house. The finished hedge looks great, including some new sod, where the border is re-shaped. They were careful to not damage the irrigation but checked it over anyway. My neighbor complemented me on how much it improves the appearance of the back of the house. It looks great and I’m very satisfied, both with the quality of the work and the attentiveness of the manager.
