We specialize in landscape upgrades, hardscapes, and modifications to existing landscaping. Our services include stack walls, curbing, rock, boulders, trees, palms, irrigation repairs and installation, mulch, sod, etc.

We never take deposits or any money, until we are finished and you are delighted. We offer free; same day estimates you can get the following ways;

Set up an appointment to come to our outdoor nursery and showroom, where we have over 2500 trees and palms and over 25,000 plants. We also display our work; patios, pavers, courtyards, stacked wall, putting green and sitting areas. Please bring pictures and a copy of your plot plan to help us assist you.

We give estimates when you are ready to get the work done. Work starts typically within 1-2 weeks. We offer a 15% discount as long as the job is given at the time of estimate. Note: a 5-10 minute phone conversation is required before scheduling an estimate. During these few minutes, we will discuss you estimate options, how you can find out more about us, get a brief description of what you want to be done and give an idea of your options and possible cost.

Our website has lots of references, helpful hints and internet specials. If you click on the photo gallery, you will see 14 different photo galleries. If you like any specific number, write down the particular gallery you are in and also the number. We can discuss the content and even the price over the phone.

Mansfield Landscaping has been serving Central and North Central Florida since 1982. Steve Mansfield is a self-made man. He started with $54 to put an ad in the paper and knew he had a long journey ahead. Didn't take long for the word to spread that he was dedicated, always kept his word and an extremely hard worker. His dedication to customer service comes from his humble origins. He grew up in 17 different foster homes, so he knows the definition of true family. All of our customers are considered family; that means we will take extra care of all your landscaping needs and go the extra mile.

Mansfield Landscaping Nursery is the closest landscaping nursery and outdoor showroom to Feeney and Brownwood, 18 minutes from Feeney and less than 25 minutes from Brownwood. Within 35 minutes of pretty much anywhere else in The Villages. We encourage you to stop by our nursery to see us. So much so, that for just stopping by, we want to give you $50 per household in free nursery plants. No obligation, stop on by our nursery Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-3pm and pick out your plants!

I could not be more pleased with Steve Mansfield and everyone from his company that worked on my project. From start to finish they were very professional. Always on time and here when scheduled. I had them remove all of my existing beds and had Steve design new ones which included beautiful new plants that he suggested and rock beds instead of mulch. The transformation is amazing. One thing that I found amazing, that you don't see much of anymore, is that Steve does not take any money up front. He collects his payment when the job is done and you are satisfied. I have known Steve for over 20 years so I didn’t hesitate to contact him again to repair the sod, sprinklers & landscaping in my yard after putting in a pool. He is fair, honest & extremely hard working. He & his crew completed the job in 2 days. Steve did some landscaping on my first home in The Villages as well. This is an outstanding company. Steve is the real deal. He can look at your property listen to your ideas and then make great suggestions. We didn't really know much about the plants but wanted low maintenance. We felt Steve steered us in the right direction. After we chose the colors of the pavers and stone wall, Steve showed us everything right from the back of his truck. We could see and touch the pavers. He said the project would be done in three days and it sure was. His crew is very hardworking and extremely talented.I would highly recommend this company and will look forward to hiring him again on our next project.

We first hired Steve to do our backyard, where we spend most of our time, and he did such a fantastic job that we subsequently hired him to do the front. He put in a beautiful walk which goes around the house, lots of raised beds with beautiful hardscaping, and the beds have tons of color - leaves and blooms! Plus he lit up the whole extravaganza including our already existing palm tree and redid the irrigation to handle all the new plantings. We love it!!

Steve and his crew just finished up landscaping around our new pool. Steve’s experience and vision made it an easy decision to use Mansfields Landscaping - and are we glad we did. Steve’s quote was pretty much spot on. The crew only took 3 days from start to finish on a fairly large project. The quality of the plants and trees was outstanding, the coordination of prep work, materials, irrigation, lighting, sod, and installation was seamless and well managed. The crew was hard working putting in 3 full days in hot weather. While sitting out by the pool yesterday - it was hard to believe the total transformation in just a few days. Steve went above and beyond helping us add and place additional plants after the job was in process. Thanks again Steve - we’ll see you again when we tackle the front of our home. Mike Just to follow up - we had some windy weather recently and one of the weeping bottlebrush tree trunk had snapped in half. This actually happened twice and both times Steve was quick to replace the tree with no questions asked.
